Now through a special arrangement with Duffy Homes and Edwards Communities Condominiums (collectively "Edwards Builders"), you can apply a substantial percentage of the rent you pay at an Edwards Apartment Community towards the down payment on a new single family home, or condominium home, from these quality Central Ohio builders.
Each time you pay rent at your Edwards Apartment Community home you accumulate credits towards the purchase of a new Edwards Builders home. Your credits accumulate at the rate of 20% of your rent for your first year, 25% for your second year and 30% for your third year. Rental credits are limited to 3 years of occupancy.
